Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order.
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
If the product has been opened, it can only be returned if there is a manufacturer defect in the unit or mask.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and a return shipping label.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund for the product cost will be issued.
Please note:
The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to a manufacturer defect, you will receive a full refund or replacement, and no shipping cost will be deducted.
Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
We do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Please allow up to 7 business days after inspection for your refund to appear on your original payment method.
